Here on the west side of Traverse City's downtown (fondly called "Slabtown") the snow is blowing and it looks a lot like winter.  Christmas is behind us and the new year is fast approaching.  We at Integrity wish you a peaceful and productive 2010. 

While the holiday season is supposed to be filled with good friends, good food and good times, it can often prove to be exhausting for those caring for loved ones.   If you are caring for a family member in their home and feel the need for assistance, we invite you to call us.  We have staff ready and able to assist in whatever home care you need... from skilled nursing to personal care to companionship and everything in between.  We are available both short term and long term... for a few hours a week to round the clock 24/7 care.

Now, settle in... the winters in the great northwest are often long and hard.  Just remember, everything does eventually melt and spring arrives with a flourish.  Let's just hope that happens in March and not June!
