Tammy Tarsa

Tammy Tarsa, owner of Integrity Home Health Care since January 2008, is a long time Traverse City resident. She is a registered nurse, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and is a certified Montessori early childhood teacher. She was motivated to begin a nursing career by her belief that people are important and by her desire to make a difference in their lives.

Tammy enjoys the varied aspects of her job including working in the field as a home health nurse, managing an ever growing number of employees, and making the day to day decisions that come with owning and running a growing business.

She is a member of the 2009-2010 class of the TC Chamber of Commerce "Leadership Grand Traverse". She sits on the TC Chamber Health Care Committee and the TC Senior Expo Committee and is the secretary of Bay Area Senior Advocates. She volunteers at Bay Ridge Residential Apartments, TC Central High School, and Leelanau County 4H. She is also a writer and is active with a local theater troupe, The Bayview Players.

Tammy lives in Leelanau County with her husband and 4 children and a barn full of animals.

Anita Carlson

Anita Carlson has lived in Traverse City for over 20 years and began working for Integrity this past June as a Marketing and Community Relations Director. You may see her in the office or speak with her over the phone as she discusses with each client the quality and compassionate services provided.

At Integrity, Anita enjoys "being part of a team that works together toward a common goal."

Beth Marcero

Beth Marcero has lived in Traverse City for over 45 years. She has worked with the elderly for 23 years, including the past 3 years with Integrity. Beth greatly enjoys assisting the elderly. You may see her smiling face in the office while scheduling an appointment or answering client questions.

"I have always enjoyed working with the elderly, whether it is taking them to their appointments, going shopping with them, cleaning their house or just visiting with them is a delight for me."

Daina Owens

Daina Owens has been a resident of Traverse City for 18 years now. Daina has been part of the health care industry for six years and joined Integrity in 2006. She admires that at Integrity "we as a whole truly strive to provide home care workers who have a true dedication to their clients." You may see Daina while discussing your needs and the options available.

"It is an incredibly good feeling to know you are making a difference in someone's life and helping in many ways. It is a joy to hear their stories and to develop a friendship and trust level that they may not extend to others."

Joyce Slater

Joyce Slater has been part of Traverse City for many years, growing up here and raising her daughter here. Joyce has worked in customer service for many years and thoroughly loves the work at Integrity. She strives to learn about each patient and experiences a deep satisfaction after successfully matching up clients with employees. You may speak with her over the phone as she assesses your needs and preferences.

Lisa Otto

Lisa Otto is a Traverse City native and has lived in the area her entire life. She recently finished her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and joined the staff at Integrity. Lisa has worked in the health care industry for over fourteen years and is enjoying her new role in the accounting office.
